BK Case was founded by Bryan and Kim in 2024. The name "BK" is derived from the words "Black" and "Book," which carry significant meaning and served as inspiration for creating the store name. With bold and directional product selection methods, gender-neutral sales approaches, and meticulously curated displays and planning, BK Case became a shopping destination in Manchester, especially popular among young audiences and fashion industry professionals.

The founders have over a decade of passion for fashion and have previously served as managers and directors in boutiques, bringing rich collaboration experience to the table. 

Bryan's background, having lived in different countries since childhood, reflects a multifaceted view of fashion and an inclusive aesthetic sense. He speaks multiple languages, demonstrating a commitment to exploring diverse knowledge. Studying at UAL London College of Fashion deepened his understanding of the fashion industry's workings. His work as a stylist also provided insights into market demands, trends, and styling potential. He has also had experience styling for magazines, enabling him to stay updated on the latest fashion news.

Kim, influenced by Japanese culture, has developed his own aesthetic system and understanding of quality. He gained experience working in boutiques during his time living in Hong Kong, accumulating extensive promotion and sales experience and establishing valuable connections. Also have previously been interested in fashion and worked as a stylist for celebrities, developing a stable clientele and acquiring proficient styling skills. He knows consumer demands well and has an advantage in networking circles. Additionally, Kim is a skilled makeup artist and has collaborated with several magazines. 

Therefore, BK Case's product selection is diverse and rich.The idea of opening a brick-and-mortar store stemmed from many customers inquiring about our outfits and brand knowledge. This also allows us to present our ideas and lifestyle aesthetics to the public and fills a gap in the Midlands region of the UK for diverse boutique stores. And that's how BK Case was born.
